1.Who we are
TridentWindsHR ("TridentWindsHR", "we", "us") operates the website at www.tridentwindshr.com and provides the TridentWindsHR HR platform. This Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or engage with us as a prospective or existing customer. We are the data controller for that personal data and process it in accordance with the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019 ("DPA").
Scope note. When our customers use the platform to process their employees' personal data, we act as a data processor on the customer's behalf; that processing is governed by the customer's agreement and our data-processing terms, not this Statement.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging and staff confidentiality — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9.Your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019
Subject to the DPA, you have the right to: be informed about how we use your data; access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner of Barbados if you are unsatisfied with how we handle your data.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
